Hi there,

I’m just a guy who loves what he does for a living. I love working with product teams, figuring out information architecture models, collaborating with stakeholders on strategy, playing around with different designs, and testing them out on users. I know, it sounds corny, but please hang with me. I have been a waiter, a retailer, a sailor, a corpsman, an EMT, a writer, and a game designer. To me, UI/UX clears all of those jobs by a country mile.

I’ve been in product design for over 8 yrs and really enjoy the rewarding nature of creating intuitive design patterns. Despite any overtures about my experience I continue to learn and grow with each project that I get to work on. Each endeavor brings a new challenge in marrying the “why” with the “how”. To me, this is the art of product design.

Outside of designing products I love doing graphic design and digital art with pop art as specialty. I have always been a huge fan of Warhol and Lichtenstein. If you’re interested feel free to check out my IG to see some of my stuff.

I’m also into hiking, fishing, watching movies, listening to good music, and traveling. I want to see as much of the world as possible. Then I will be well-rounded…like the world around me.
